Just One Candle

As I sit here at my kitchen table tonight, I have lit just a single candle in front of me. It reminds me how bright one small candle can be. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere like I do, candles can be a sign of hope during these cold and dark winter months. They are a reminder of the light that darkness can not overcome.

The beautiful, blue, candle holder pictured above is from Good Grief Glass on Etsy. The name of this particular Etsy shop seems fitting in light of what I said above!
